Student Group Insurance
The University also provides Student Group Insurance (for accidental injuries). For information on insurance claims, please refer to the Student Assistance Division website.
★ If you are applying for insurance benefits under both the Commercial Medical Insurance and Student Group Insurance, please request two copies of the medical certificate and the original and a copy of the payment receipt from the hospital. The copy must be stamped by the hospital with a “Certified True Copy” stamp. ★
