Scholarship Certificate Application
(1) Application Process:
- Fill out the "Scholarship Certificate Application Form" (download).
- Complete the "Scholarship Certificate in Chinese" (download) or "Scholarship Certificate in English" (download). Please modify the circled and underlined parts as needed (if applying for the certificate in English, make sure the English name matches the one on your passport).
- After filling out the above two Word documents, please upload them to the application form (https://forms.gle/Yp8ChbfjnfGZJpE98) and email them to Mr. Chen Sih-Wei at the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division (chensihwei@ntu.edu.tw).
(2) As the scholarship certificate needs to be stamped by the document division, it is expected to take 7 working days. The Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division will email you your student email once the certificate is ready for collection.
