Exemption Application | Better Chinese Proficiency: Apply for exemption with the "TOCFL Level 3 listening, reading, writing tests certificate and transcript," and directly enter the "College Chinese: Primary Level" course Lower Chinese Proficiency: Students whose Chinese level is around or under TOCFL level 2 (CEFR level A2) can register to skip the Chinese proficiency test for the current year. They will be treated as if they did not pass the test and will be directly placed in the "General Chinese Language Course" , which requires taking the placement test on August 31.
