Health Exam Instruction


 
Category Study System Only "On-campus Freshman Health Check" Required Both "On-campus Freshman Health Check" and "ARC Residence or Settlement Health Check" Required
Time Bachelor's Program Please refer to the health check schedule, which is organized by department. Arrange it yourself before the online registration deadline (August 29).
Master's and Doctoral Programs Arrange it yourself before the online registration deadline (August 13).
Location Bachelor's Program Health Center, Office Of Student Affairs, NTU(Click here for the map)  Go to a designated medical institution for the residence or settlement health check.
Master's and Doctoral Programs (1)National Taiwan University Hospital
(2)Go to other recognized medical institutions for labor physical and health examinations.
Notes Bachelor's Program

  • Before the health examination, please complete the Health Information Form online using Google Chrome only. Failure to complete the form as required will be regarded as incomplete health examination procedures.

    Path to fill out the Health Information Form:
    myNTU: 
    → Click “Student Area” on the left panel
    → Under “Personal Information,” click “Undergraduate Health Examination Information.”
    → Log in with your Computer and Information Networking Center (CINC) account
    → Fill out the Health Information Form

  • If you are unable to comply with the health check schedule at the Health Center, you can complete the health check at another teaching hospital and submit a health check schedule change request by August 20.
  • If you did not complete your Bachelor's degree NTU General Health Exam Form at the Health Center, please upload the full-colored completed Bachelor's degree NTU General Health Exam Form scanned PDF file to the Online Registration System during the online registration period (August 7-29) and go to the Health Center to reimburse your health exam fee after September 15, 2024.
