【Application Announcement】(114-1 semester) National Taiwan University Outstanding Overseas Chinese Graduate Student Scholarships (Deadline: September 22, 2025 (Monday), 4:00 PM)

Details:
1. Details: Overseas Chinese students enrolled in NTU graduate programs with official student status, who have completed at least one semester of study, may apply.
Applicants must meet one of the following academic requirements:
(1) GPA of 3.38 or above, or
(2) Thesis progress and conduct grade both A- or above.
In addition, applicants must not receive any other financial support from government-funded projects (e.g., NSTC, MOE, etc.) during the scholarship period (August 2025 to January 2026).
2. Application Period: From now until September 22, 2025 (Monday), 4:00 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
3. Application Procedure: Applications must be completed online before the deadline; late submissions will not be processed.
4. Document Submission:
Please arrange the required documents in the specified order, scan and combine them into a single PDF file (screenshots or photos are not accepted).

Applications with incorrect order or unclear scans will be rejected.
Required documents:
(1) List of documents to be submitted (printable after completing the online application through the "Student Financial Support Service (Scholarships)" system. Sample documents/print document submission list SOP).
(2) Application Form (requires department office stamp, recommending professor's signature, and applicant's personal signature).
(3) Identification sticker sheet (sample of identification photocopy).
(4) Letter of Commitment.
(5) The official proof of class rankings for 113-2semesters (available from the Graduate Academic Affairs Division or printed by machine), "Grade Notification," and "myNTU Grade Record" are not accepted.
(6) Conduct certificate (download from the myNTU Honor and Discipline System).
(7) Certification of Enrollment for the first semester of the 114 academic years (download from the EPO system).
(8) A recommendation from a department professor.
(9) One research proposal (including research motivation and objectives, research framework, data collection sources, thesis outline, bibliography, etc.).
(10) Other relevant materials for review (such as award certificates, proof of financial hardship, etc.).
6. Scholarship Amount: NT$10,000 per month for each recipient.
7. Attention: Applicants should check for any conflicts with other departmental graduate scholarship regulations, and cannot receive this scholarship if already receiving other government subsidies or scholarships.
