Lion Travel is now recruiting participants for the 6th Lion Travel Global Talent “Hubble Program,” which provides a comprehensive career development pathway covering corporate training, domestic and overseas internships, and Management Associate (MA) development. Interested students are welcome to apply. Through this program, participants will have opportunities to apply their professional knowledge in real corporate settings, take part in cross-departmental projects, gain exposure to global markets, and learn more about the operations of a large-scale travel and lifestyle industry group.
Program Highlights 8-Day Corporate Training Program: Sessions led by Lion Travel’s mid- and senior-level executives and corporate instructors Domestic and Overseas Internships: Practical experience extending from the Taiwan headquarters to overseas markets Two-Year MA Development Program: Training → Internship → Department Matching → Professional Competency Development Cross-disciplinary Career Opportunities: Opportunities in business management, information technology, finance, data, marketing, and other professional fields Starting Salary for MA Positions: NT$43,000 for bachelor’s degree holders; NT$48,000 for master’s degree holders Since its launch in 2024, the Hubble Program has attracted 651 applicants and recruited 69 MAs, with participants from 24 universities and 11 countries/regions.
