Important Information:

1. Eligibility:
   • New Students: Must have received the "Scholarship Award Letter for Top and Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students to Study in Taiwan for the Academic Year 115" from the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).
   • Current Students:
     1. Must have previously received this scholarship and have no record of taking a leave of absence.
     2. Must have completed at least 9 credits per semester during their studies (excluding the year of graduation).
     3. Must have a conduct grade of A- or higher.
     4. Academic performance requirements:
        • Elite Students: GPA of 3.76 or above for the academic year 114.
        • Outstanding Students: GPA of 3.38 or above for the academic year 114.
2. Application Period: From now until 16:00 on September 11, 2026.
3. Application Process (Paper Submission) (Do not staple documents): Submit the following required documents (as listed in section four) to Mr. Chen at the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division, Room 112, Administration Building.
4. Required Documents:
   • For New Students:
     1. Identification sticker sheet.（sample of identification photocopy） (For new students who have not yet applied for a residence permit, postal account, or bank account, please submit these after completing the application).
     2. A copy of the "Scholarship Award Letter for Top and Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students to Study in Taiwan for the Academic Year 115" from the OCAC.
     3. Certification of Enrollment for the current year（download from the myNTU-EPO system）.
   • For Current Students:
     1. Identification sticker sheet.（sample of identification photocopy）
     2. Transcripts for all semesters(available from the Academic Affairs or via self-service machine; "Grade Notifications" and "myNTU grade records" are not accepted).
     3. Certificate of Conduct Grade (download from the myNTU Honor and Discipline System).
     4. Certification of Enrollment for the current year（download from the myNTU-EPO system）.
5. Scholarship Amounts: It will be disbursed in two installments per semester, with half of the amount paid each time.
   • Overseas Community Affairs Council Elite and Outstanding Scholarship:
     • Elite Students: NT$260,000 each.
     • Outstanding Students: NT$100,000 each.
   • NATIONAL TAIWAN UNIVERSITY Elite And Outstanding Overseas Chinese Students Scholarship:
     • Elite Students: NT$130,000 each.
     • Outstanding Students: NT$50,000 each.
6. Restrictions: Recipients of this scholarship may not simultaneously receive other government-provided tuition subsidies, reductions, or scholarships.
