The Student Counseling Center is recruiting part-time student assistants for Academic Year 115-1. Interested students are welcome to apply!
• Job Responsibilities:
Front desk reception, answering phone calls, document processing, administrative support, and other assigned tasks.
• Qualifications: Currently enrolled NTU students Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good adaptability Basic document processing and file management skills preferred Willing to undergo training and able to commit for at least one academic year
• Working Hours: During semesters and winter/summer breaks Fixed shift system; each shift lasts 2–4 hours or longer (flexible scheduling during breaks) Shifts: Morning: 08:00–12:00 Afternoon: 12:00–15:00 or 15:00–17:00
• Salary:NTD 196 per hour (subject to adjustment in accordance with Ministry of Labor regulations)
• Application Period:From now until March 30, 2026 (Monday), 17:00. Early applications are encouraged.
• Number of Positions:6–8 positions, with additional candidates on the waiting list
• Interview Schedule: April 7 (Tue), April 8 (Wed), or April 14 (Tue), 2026 Between 09:30–12:00, approximately 10 minutes per applicant

• Training Session: Tentatively scheduled for April 18 (Sat), 2026, 10:00–16:00 Training will cover front desk operations; attendance is mandatory
