The 2026 Interdisciplinary Career Immersion – Taiwan Pathfinder Mentorship Program, organized by the NTU Career Center, is now open for applications. Overseas compatriot students at NTU are welcome to apply.
This program integrates industry mentorship and career development training. During the program, students will gain practical industry insights under the guidance of corporate mentors while strengthening essential professional skills through workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, and career exploration.
The program is open to students from all majors and offers diverse training opportunities during the summer, academic semester, or throughout the year. Students will have the opportunity to engage in real-world projects and gain firsthand experience across different industries.
Participating companies provide exclusive positions for the program, including opportunities such as HR Intern at TSMC, AI Project Management at Compal Electronics, Corporate Communication and Sustainability at Nestlé Taiwan, Technology Strategy Research at Fubon Financial, Category Management at Shopee, Business Data Analysis at Cathay Life Insurance, GenAI-related positions, and more.
Starting March 2026, several partner companies will also host information sessions for students interested in learning more about the program and available opportunities.
