2026 Winter “Innovative Thinking × Teamwork — Future Leaders Training Programme (The Three Friends of Winter)”
The Overseas Chinese Association HQ will host the Innovative Thinking × Teamwork — Future Leaders Training Programme (The Three Friends of Winter) from Sunday–Wednesday, 25–28 January 2026 (4 days). The HQ has commissioned the China Youth Corps to organise the programme at the Fuxing Youth Activity Center (No. 1, Zhongshan Rd., Zeren Village, Fuxing District, Taoyuan City).
Quota: 50 participants in total across all universities.
Fees: The training fee (NT$5,000 per person) is fully covered by the Overseas Chinese Association HQ. A travel subsidy will be provided based on participants’ regions. Overseas Chinese students of NTU are encouraged to apply. Please complete registration by Wednesday, 10 December 2025, and submit all required documents by 5:00 p.m. on the same day (Taipei time).

Each participant must pay a refundable deposit of NT$2,000 via postal giro:

Required Documents
Please email the following to Ms Quek at the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division (quekky@ntu.edu.tw):
1. Proof of remittance (deposit payment)
2. Copy of Student ID
3.Copy of Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) or residence permit
4. Completed Programme Application Form (see attachment)
Please submit the application form and supporting documents to Ms Quek at quekky@ntu.edu.tw by 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, 10 December 2025 (Taipei time).
Refund Policy (by the Overseas Chinese Association HQ)
1.The deposit will be fully refunded after the completion of the programme.
2.If a participant is not admitted due to quota limits, or if the programme is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded.
3.If a participant withdraws after being admitted or leaves mid-programme, the deposit will not be refunded.
