Dear NTU Students, Over the past three years, the Student Counseling Center at the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) has conducted an online survey to understand the overall physical and mental well-being of students, including both undergraduate and graduate students. Your participation helps the university better understand student needs and allows us to create services that are more aligned with those needs. This survey is funded by the university and has been reviewed by the Behavioral and Social Sciences Research Ethics Committee (Approval No. 202507HM096). The survey will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete. Upon submitting a valid response, you will be eligible to enter a lottery for a chance to win various prizes, including multiple sets of Apple 3C products (such as iPads and AirPods), bicycles, and gift certificates.
