Apply Now – “Digital Innovation Talent Empowerment Program” (NT$8,000 Award, Deadline: Sept. 15, 2025)
1.To cultivate international professionals with digital application skills and enhance global competitiveness, the Administration for Digital Industries, Ministry of Digital Affairs (moda), is launching the Digital Innovation Talent Empowerment Program. The program includes online courses, project-based learning, and company visits. Participation is free of charge, and students who complete the program will receive a NT$8,000 completion award.
2.Training dates: September 27, October 18, October 19, and November 1, 2025. Please see the attached “2025 Program Application Guidelines” and the program’s official Facebook page for details.
3.Eligibility:
School enrollment: Students enrolled in the first semester of the 114th academic year at universities or colleges in Taiwan (including graduate students and soon-to-be graduates; excluding in-service program students).
Applicant requirements: Must be an international student or Overseas Chinese student with a valid Alien Resident Certificate (excluding Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau students). Open to all academic backgrounds; however, priority will be given to international students due to limited slots.
4.Application procedure: Complete one designated TCA Academy prerequisite online course and obtain a certificate of completion. Submit the application form on the registration platform with the certificate.
