[Forward] Notice from the Overseas Community Affairs Council on Water Safety

To prevent unfortunate drowning incidents during holiday outings, please remain alert to water safety and heed shoreline warnings. Do not enter the water hastily. If you plan to engage in water activities, choose legally sanctioned and safe venues with adequate lifeguards and rescue equipment. While in the water, always keep track of your companions so that help can be provided promptly in an emergency.

Before entering the water, be sure to warm up thoroughly. Avoid staying in the water for extended periods and refrain from diving or other dangerous activities. Additionally, do not go into the water if the weather is unstable or you feel unwell.
