Announcement Details:

1. Eligibility:
   • New Students: Must have received the official notification of eligibility for the "Overseas Community Affairs Council Elite and Outstanding Scholarship."
   • Current Students: Must meet the renewal standards for academic performance in the 112 academic year:
     • Must complete at least 9 credits per semester.
     • Elite: GPA of 3.76 or above, conduct grade A- or above.
     • Outstanding Students: GPA of 3.38 or above, conduct grade A- or above.
2. Application Period:
   • From now until September 11, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
3. Application Procedure (hard copy submission, do not bind):
   • Submit the following required documents (as mentioned in item 4) in hard copy to Mr. Chen at the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division (Room 112, Administration Building).
4. Required Documents:
   • (1) Identification sticker sheet (sample of identification photocopy). (New students who have not yet applied for a residence permit/post office/bank account should submit these documents after they have completed the application).
   • (2) Copy of the official notification of eligibility for the " Overseas Community Affairs Council Elite and Outstanding Scholarship " (sample attached).
   • (3) Certification of Enrollment for the first semester of the 113 academic years (download from the EPO system).
   • (4) Transcript for both semesters of the 112 academic year (new students are exempt from this) (to be printed at the Academic Affairs; grade query records will not be accepted).
5. Scholarship Amount:
   • Elite Students: NTD 260,000 per academic year. （Joint Scholarship from NTU: NTD 130,000 per academic year）
   • Outstanding Students: NTD 100,000 per academic year. （Joint Scholarship from NTU: NTD 50,000 per academic year）
6. Restrictions:
   • Recipients of this scholarship cannot simultaneously receive government-provided tuition subsidies, waivers, or other scholarships.
