【Invitation】112th Academic Year The Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Graduation Tea Party - Registration Open

Dear graduating overseas Chinese and international students,  
Congratulations on nearing the completion of your academic journey! We extend our warmest wishes to all of you as you embark on your future endeavors.   Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division invites you to the "112th Academic Year The Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Graduation Tea Party " on May 25th (Saturday) at the Table Tennis Room, B1 of the NTU Sports Center. Join us for a delightful afternoon filled with refreshments, instant photo booths, performances, and heartfelt blessings. Families are warmly welcome to participate as well. Plus, every registered attendee student will receive an NTU certificate holder as a token of remembrance!

Details of the Graduation Tea Party:   Date & Time: May 25th, 2024 (Saturday) from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Venue: Table Tennis Room, B1 of the NTU Sports Center.
Who Can Attend: Graduates of the 112th academic year (Family members are welcome, too!).

Registration Period: From now until May 15th (Wednesday) at 5:00 PM. (Registration will close early once capacity is reached, so register early! Thank you!)
We eagerly anticipate the participation of all graduating overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese students!
Friendly Reminders from the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division:  
The morning of May 25th (Saturday) is reserved for the university-wide graduation ceremony, including campus tours, held at the Sports Center, 3rd floor. We encourage you to attend this memorable event to cherish your academic achievements. Please adhere to the regulations provided by the organizing committee. More information can be found here.
From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on May 25th (Saturday), join us at the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division's "112th Academic Year Graduation Blessing Tea Party" in the Table Tennis Room, B1 of the Sports Center. Register here. On the afternoon of May 25th (Saturday), you may attend your department's graduation ceremony ("Turn the tassel " ceremony) if applicable.
For information regarding gown rental, departmental ceremonies schedule (to be announced on May 8th), and campus tours, please visit here.

If your family members wish to attend your graduation ceremony in Taiwan, please follow the visa application procedures of your respective countries. If proof of graduation is required, you can apply for an "Expected Graduation Certificate" from the Office of Academic Affairs (Undergraduate: the Undergraduate Academic Affairs Division; Graduate: the Graduate Academic Affairs Division).
