Due to the need for internal consolidation at the school, qualifying overseas Chinese and foreign students (graduates of this year) must prepare the relevant application documents and submit them to the Career Center by May 20th for consolidation.

Application Date
1.  The Ministry of Education's unified receipt date is June 14th. For internal consolidation purposes at the school, qualifying overseas Chinese and foreign students should prepare the relevant application documents and submit them to the Career Center.
2. Other receipt dates: Applicants should apply to the Career Center at least two months before the expiration of their residence permit.

Eligibility
Overseas Chinese and foreign students who have never registered a household in Taiwan qualify under one of the following conditions, and must obtain a consent document for the intended internship (including internship content, stipend, and duration) from the internship institution, to be submitted to the school at least two months before the expiration of their residence permit:
a.Expected to earn a master's degree or higher during the graduation semester, without having withdrawn from school.
b.Expected to earn a bachelor's degree during the graduation semester, without having withdrawn from school, and with a cumulative academic average of 70 or above, recommended in writing by the department head of the enrolled department.
c.Expected to earn a bachelor's degree or higher during the graduation semester, have participated in international or national skills competitions or technology exhibitions during the study period, have won awards, or have shown exceptional performance in other fields, recommended in writing by the enrolled school or a credible domestic institution with relevant proof documents.
d.Expected to earn a bachelor's degree or higher during the graduation semester, without having withdrawn from school, and having passed the first stage of the national medical examination, applying for general medical training.

Application Process
Overseas Chinese and foreign students should first prepare the following application materials and submit them to the Career Center within the announced deadline:
a.Application form for post-graduation internships for overseas Chinese and foreign graduates in Taiwan, academic transcripts, and a consent letter from the intended internship institution.
b.Related documentation from the internship institution:
1.If a business entity, copies of the company registration or business registration certificate, the most recent year's profit-seeking enterprise income tax settlement return or procurement performance certificate, and other relevant documents for review. However, new businesses or financial service industry offices in Taiwan may be exempt from the latest income tax settlement return.
2.If affiliated with a foundation under various ministries, the registration certificate, organizational statutes, and other relevant documents for review.
3.If a foreign chamber of commerce, an official application letter from the chamber.
4.If providing off-campus internship courses for colleges or having an industry-academic cooperation contract with businesses, legal persons, or institutions, copies of internship or industry-academic cooperation contract-related documents.
5.If a main training hospital in the general medical training plan approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, a copy of the relevant announcement letter from the Ministry of Health and Welfare.
c.After receipt, the Career Center will review the internship applications of graduating overseas Chinese and foreign students according to the "Guidelines for Post-Graduation Internships in Taiwan for Overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau Students, and Foreign Students at Universities and Colleges". If the internship institution is deemed qualified and the internship content and nature are relevant to the student's major, the Career Center will apply for internship permission from the Ministry of Education, wait for the Ministry's review results, and then notify the student.
