1. Purpose: To cultivate talents in electronics, electrical engineering, and computer science and to reward outstanding students dedicated to academic research and technological innovation in these areas. Additionally, this scholarship has been established to recruit talent for Fitipower Integrated Technology Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Fitipower").

2. Scope/Target Master's and Ph.D. students, whether newly admitted or currently enrolled and Malaysian overseas Chinese students recommended by professors.

3. Scholarship Amount Upon approval, the Company will award each student NT$20,000 per month, totaling NT$240,000 for an academic year. The maximum scholarship period is two years, amounting to NT$480,000.

Graduates who commence employment at Fitipower as scheduled will receive an additional NT$240,000 as a signing bonus.

4. Eligibility Requirements Applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Graduate students in the fields of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Computer Science.
2. No disciplinary actions during their studies.
3. Be able to begin employment at Fitipower or its subsidiaries or designated companies within one month after graduation.
4. Must not receive scholarships from other organizations or institutions that require service obligations or impose other service requirements.

5. Application and Approval

1. The Company will notify selected scholarship recipients individually after finalizing the list.
2. Selected students must complete the scholarship contract signing process with the Company; otherwise, the offer will be considered forfeited.

6. Application Process

1. Complete the scholarship application form.
2. Submit proof of admission and transcripts:
   • For new master's and Ph.D. students: Admission proof documents.
   • For current master's and Ph.D. students: Transcript from the previous academic year.
3. Attach the following documents:
   • A copy of the ID and student ID is attached to the application form.
   • A copy of the bank passbook for scholarship deposit purposes.
