109-Academic Year Spring Festival Ancestor Worship Ceremony and Teacher-Student Bonding Lunch Registration Announcement
In order to celebrate the 2020 Spring Festival, we will be holding the “109-Academic Year Spring
Festival Ancestor Worship Ceremony and Teacher-Student Bonding Lunch” on 12 January 2020,
11:30am, at the University Gymnasium. Activities such as Chinese Calligraphy, Ancestor Worship
Ceremony, Lunch, Students’ Performances, Lucky Draw and etc. We welcome Overseas Chinese
Students, Mainland Students, International Students to register for the event.
1) Date and time: 12 January 2020 (Sunday) , 11:30am-2:00pm
2) Venue: University Gymnasium
3) Participants: Overseas Chinese Students, Mainland Students and International Students, in total
of 720 people
4) Registration:
(A) Registration date: 16 Dec until 25 Dec, registration will be closed once the seats have been
filled up.
(B) Registration venue:
(a) Overseas Chinese Advising Division (301 Administration Building)
(b) Office of International Affairs (for international students)
(c) Branch Office of Student Affairs, in Medical and Public Health Campus
(C) Registration fee: NTD 100/pax
(D) Registation method:
(a) Individual: Proceed to registration venue above with your SID
(b) Group: 10 persons/table, show copy of SID(s) or have images of SID(s) prepared in your
mobile phone.
(E) To enhance the Chinese New Year atmosphere, there will be a “Welcome Spring Chinese
Calligraphy” at 11:30am, we welcome all of the participants to experience it.
