[Work-Study Application for the 113-1 Semester]
1. Application Period: From Monday, September 2, 2024, until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
2. Quota: Approximately 58 positions available (priority given to undergraduate students and those with low-income certification).
3. Work-Study Period: From October 2 to November 30. Each participant is required to work 60 hours at an hourly wage of NT$200.
4. Work Location: Assigned to various on-campus service units.
5. Required Documents: Please ensure all documents are completed and submitted.
I. Work-Study Application Form for Overseas Chinese Students. (Attachment 1)
(1) A copy of your student ID card:
a. With the 113-1 semester registration stamp or an Enrollment Certificate for the 113-1 semester
b. The certificate can be downloaded from the ePortfolio system: https://if163.aca.ntu.edu.tw/eportfolio/
(2) A copy of your Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).
(3) A copy of your passport.
(4) A copy of the cover page of your bank passbook (Postal Savings Bank, Hua Nan Bank, or E.Sun Bank).
II. Unit Self-Recruitment Part-Time Personnel Application Form. (Attachment 2)
III. A copy of the Work Permit:
(1) Must be a valid permit cover for the 113-1 semester work-study period.
(2) Application website: https://ezwp.wda.gov.tw/.
IV. Low-income certification documents (if applicable).
6. Submission Method: Please submit the hard copy of your application documents to the Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division (Room 112, Administration Building) by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, September 11.
