[Announcement] 113 Academic Year "The Fei Yan Project Scholarship by Yan-Xing Taiwan Association for Malaysian Students" - Applications Now Open (Deadline: September 18, 16:00)

Eligibility:
Malaysian overseas Chinese students currently enrolled in undergraduate programs (including first-year students, excluding graduating students). Students who have previously received this scholarship from the association are not eligible.
(1) Current undergraduate students from financially disadvantaged families (including first-year students, excluding graduating students).
(2) Students with passing grades for the semester (minimum of 60 points on a 100-point scale; GPA of 1.7) and no major conduct violations.
(3) Priority will be given to financially disadvantaged students who provide the following documents:
Government-issued proof of low-income status or financial hardship.
Tax exemption certificate.
Other relevant documents proving financial hardship.
A recommendation letter from a mentor.
Application Period: From now until 16:00 on September 18.
Application Method: Paper-based application.
Please submit the required documents to Mr. Chen at the Office of Student Affairs, Overseas Chinese and Mainland Chinese Students Advising Division (Room 112, Administration Building).
Required Documents (do not staple):
(1) One completed application form (as attached).
(2) Transcript for the second semester of the 112 academic year (not required for first-year students).
(3) One conduct record certificate for the second semester of the 112 academic year (download from the myNTU honor and discipline System, password is your student ID in uppercase; not required for first-year students).
(5) Proof of financial hardship (refer to eligibility details, optional if not applicable).
(6) Recommendation letter from a mentor (refer to eligibility details, optional if not applicable).
Number of Recipients and Award Amount: Five recipients per academic year, with each receiving NT$20,000 (NT$10,000 per semester). Students awarded the scholarship in the first semester must participate in at least three training activities organized by the Yan-Xing Taiwan Association and provide an evaluation report from the mentor. This report will be used as a reference for the approval of the scholarship for the second semester.
