Briefing Seminar on Mainland Chinese Students' Enrollment in National Health Insurance
I. In accordance with the announcement of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, document No. 1121260480, dated November 24 of year 2023: "For holders of Exit & Entry Permit issued by the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior for the purpose of 'Mainland Chinese students studying' in the Republic of China (Taiwan) area, they are considered as ' certificates of long-term residence in the Taiwan Area' as stipulated in Article 8, Paragraph 1 of the Enforcement Rules of the National Health Insurance Act, effective from February 1, year 2024."
II. To safeguard the health rights of Mainland Chinese degree students, the Ministry of Education is organizing the "Briefing Seminar on Mainland Chinese Students' Enrollment in National Health Insurance," with the following information:
(A) Sessions：
Northern Region： December 25 , year 2023 (Monday), 3:00 PM, at Room 101, Boya Lecture Building, National Taiwan University.
Central Region： December 26 , year 2023 (Tuesday), 3:00 PM, at the 6th International Conference Hall, Feng Chia University.
Southern Region： December 22 , year 2023 (Friday), 3:00 PM, at the 1st Lecture Room, International Conference Room, Kuang-Fu Campus, National Cheng Kung University.
(B) Target Participants：Mainland Chinese degree students and Mainland Chinese student counselors.
