[Overseas Community Affairs Council] Raise awareness of fraud cases
Because of the various fraud techniques and the ubiquitous and pervasive channels of fraud, to prevent overseas Chinese students from being involved in fraud cases, students are asked to be more vigilant about fraud to avoid being defrauded or exploited and accidentally brought into law enforcement. The Overseas Community Affairs Council has produced anti-fraud EDM (as attached) in five Chinese languages: Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Burmese, and English, to remind overseas students to be vigilant and check at any time to avoid being deceived.
