【In the BD Team, you will be involved in】
Helping CakeResume establish a strong brand image and identify potential partners, thus increasing the platform's visibility and user base.

Collaborating and negotiating with major well-known companies and industries to discover new cooperation opportunities and channels.

Actively participating in existing customer management and business analysis at CakeResume, enabling rapid accumulation of B2B experience.

Assisting companies in achieving the highest possible hiring efficiency through effective means.

【We are looking for Cakers who】
Can engage in business conversations in English, with fluency in both written and spoken target market native language.

Aspire to help CakeResume become a top global international talent platform.

Possess strong logical thinking, insight, and a growth mindset, continuously enriching themselves.

Have experience in organizations, leadership, and cross-team communication during their academic years.

Value teamwork, possess a macroscopic perspective, execute tasks efficiently, seek high growth, and desire comprehensive knowledge of company operations, business, and the market.

Are students or fresh graduates who can work at least 3 days per week. We also welcome outstanding students with other practical internship experience. (Experience in any entrepreneurial project, self-operated e-commerce, or sales operation is a plus!)
