國立臺灣大學110學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金申請辦法
National Taiwan University Overseas Chinese Student Freshmen Living and Learning Support Grant application
辦理110學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金說明如下：
一、申請資格：本校學士班1年級，家境清寒並配合學校防疫規劃，專案報部入境之僑生（含港澳生）
二、申請日期：自110年9月29日起至10月8日止。（採線上申請，逾時不受理）。
（延長收件至10月13日止。）
三、應備文件（請依序排列，由僑陸組審核）：
（一）110學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金申請表（如附件一）
（二）僑生清寒證明（須當年度證明，開立單位如附件二）
（三）海外聯招委員會分發通知書影本1份或本校單獨招生錄取通知書影本1份
（四）境外生入境許可證明
四、申請流程：
（一）請填寫附件一申請表後，經所屬學系訪談，並請學習單位承辦人及主管核章。
（二）將應備文件合併為一份PDF檔後，上傳至NTU Space新增資料夾，標題統一設為：
【110學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金】-申請號5碼-中文姓名-學號。
並將分享設定選擇「合作編輯」，新增合作成員ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw（僑陸組公務信箱）。
（三）線上申請：myNTU→點選左欄學生專區→助學資訊→學生財務支援服務（New）→關鍵字查詢→
填寫資料後送出申請→下載待交文件列表，此表為申請封面並可得到申請號5碼，可於獎助學金申請案維護
中的「必印」畫面另存，請務必合併此頁上傳NTUspace資料夾。
（四）境外生入境許可證明、居留證及郵局存摺影本若無法於申請期間上傳，請後補至NTUspace，再
email通知ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw（僑陸組公務信箱），其餘文件均須於截止日前繳交。
五、扶助金額與核發方式：
若通過審核將EMAIL通知申請人，同學須於110年11月至12月間完成學習單位規定之學習時數（每
月至多20小時，並於20日前上傳NTU Space學習紀錄表），每月給予扶助金新臺幣6,000元，合計
12,000元（補助名額共50名，依應備文件齊全者及清寒狀況排序）。若該生學習狀況不佳，將於次
月評估是否給予補助；若中途休學、退學離校等，即於次月起停止發給。

To apply for the 110th academic year of the new overseas Chinese students living and learning support grant are as follows.
A.Application qualifications: the University's first year of bachelor's degree class, with the proof of low-to-middle income status and cooperate with the school's epidemic prevention, the Department of Immigration of overseas Chinese students （including Hong Kong and Macao students）
B.Application date: From September 29, 110 to October 8. （Online application, after the deadline will not be accepted）.
C.The documents should be prepared （please arrange in order, by the overseas Chinese group review） （A） 110 academic year new overseas Chinese students living and learning assistance application form （such as Appendix I）
（B） Overseas Chinese students’ proof of low-to-middle income status （must be the current year proof, certified units such as Appendix II）
（C） admissions notice from University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students
（D） Proof of permission to enter the country for overseas students
D.Application process.
（1） Please fill out the application form in Appendix I, interview with the department and ask the host and supervisor of the study unit to approve the application.
（2） Combine the documents into one PDF file and upload it to NTU Space to add a new folder with the title unified as. [110 Academic Year New Overseas Chinese Student Living and Learning Grant] - Application No. 5 - Chinese Name - Student Number. And the sharing settings will be selected "co-editor", new co-op members ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw （Overseas Students Advising Division mailbox）.
（3） Online application: myNTU→click on the left column of the student section→Student Financial Aid Information→Student Financial Support Service （New）→Keyword Search→Fill out the information and send the application→Download the list of documents to be submitted, this form is the application cover and you can get the application number, you can save it in the "Must Print" screen of the scholarship application maintenance, please make sure to combine this page and upload it to NTUspace folder.
（4） If you are unable to upload a copy of the foreign student's entry permit, Alien Resident Certificate, and post office passbook during the application period, please submit them to NTUspace and then email them to ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw. All other documents must be submitted by the deadline.
E.Amount of support and payment method. If the application is approved, the applicant will be notified by e-mail, and the student must complete the study hours required by the study unit between November and December 110 （at most 20 hours per month, and upload the NTU Space study record form by the 20th）, and will be given a monthly grant of NT$6,000, for a total of NT$12,000 （the total number of grants is 50, in order of those who have all the required documents and the proof of low-middle class status）. The total amount is NT$12,000. If the student's academic condition is not good, the grant will be evaluated the following month; if the student leaves school halfway, the grant will be stopped the following month.
