同學您好！

 

因應新冠病毒肺炎疫情確診人數增加，亞洲及歐洲地區許多國家已設立入境管制或禁令（www.boca.gov.tw/lp-56-1.html），本校建議所有在學生避免出國以免影響您在臺大的課業學習與個人健康。

 

若您因為不可抗力之因素一定要離開臺灣，請注意下列幾點事項：

 

出國申請程序

請填寫「國立臺灣大學出境申請暨切結書」（如附件）並於離境前兩週，於週一至週五09:00-17:00，將上述申請書繳交至【僑生及陸生輔導組（行政大樓301室）】。

 

境外生入境許可證明

返臺前請至少提前一個月告知校方，僑生及陸生輔導組須向教育部申請您的入境許可函，取得「境外生入境許可證明」後方可抵臺。

 

核酸檢驗

自2020年12月1日起，凡來臺旅客皆須於表訂登機時間前3日（工作日）內進行COVID-19核酸檢驗，檢驗結果報告為陰性者，始可登機。（www.boca.gov.tw/cp-56-5078-41ac3-1.html）

 

居家檢疫場所與費用

返臺後須立即進行為期14天之居家檢疫，請留意學校宿舍不得作為居家檢疫場所。經學校報教育部申請入境者，一律須入住學校安排之防疫旅館並自行負擔檢疫費用。

 

學業

請務必告知系所/指導教授您計畫出國事宜，並詢問系所/指導教授此決策是否會影響您的課業。

Dear Students,

 

Greetings from Overseas Students Advising Division!

 

With the increasing COVID-19 cases confirmed in other countries, most countries in Asia and Europe all have entry controls, and vice versa (www.boca.gov.tw/mp-2.html). Therefore, NTU suggests all students to stay in Taiwan during the academic year in order to keep you safe and healthy.

 

If you do need to leave Taiwan, please note the following:

 

Traveling Abroad Application Procedure

Please fill the “Travel Abroad Declaration and Application Form” attached and submit it to Overseas Students Advising Division (3th floor, 1nd Admin Bldg) during (09:00-17:00, Monday to Friday) at least 2 weeks before your departure day.

 

Overseas Student Entry Permit Certificate

Please inform the university at least one month before your departure for Taiwan so we can report to MOE about your entry and apply for the Overseas Student Entry Permit Certificate for you.

 

Negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Test Result

Starting from December 1st, 2020, travelers arriving at airports in Taiwan are all required to present a certificate of a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within three days (working days) of boarding before they are allowed to board their flight to Taiwan. Quarantine Location and Fees

Travelers need to conduct a 14-day quarantine immediately after they arrive in Taiwan. The university dormitory cannot be served as a quarantine location. The university need to report to MOE and arrange the quarantine hotel for you, and you need to cover the expenses by yourself.

 

Courses

Please make sure your department/advisor is aware of your traveling, and please consult the department/advisor if traveling abroad will affect your study.
