National Taiwan University Overseas Chinese Student Freshmen Living and Learning Support Grant application

辦理111學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金說明如下：

一、申請資格：本校學士班一年級，家境清寒並配合學校防疫規劃，專案報部入境之僑生（含港澳生）

二、申請日期：自111年9月12日起至9月27日下午5時止（採線上申請，逾時不受理）。

三、應備文件（請依序排列）：      
（一） 待交文件列表（至學生財務支援服務系統下載）    
 （二） 111學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金申請表（如附件一）      
（三） 清寒證明（須當年度證明，開立單位如附件二）    
 （四） 海外聯招委員會分發通知書影本1份或本校單獨招生錄取通知書影本1份    
（五） 境外生入境許可證明

四、申請流程：      
（一）填寫附件一申請表，並經學習單位承辦人及主管核章。      

（二）線上申請（https://my.ntu.edu.tw/fao/login.aspx）：myNTU→點選左欄學生專區→助學資訊→學生財務支援服務→關鍵字查詢→填寫資料後送出申請→下載待交文件列表（此表為申請封面，請務必合併上傳至僑陸組表單）      

（三）填寫僑陸組表單（https://reurl.cc/7pDM79）：並將應備文件合併為一份PDF檔後上傳，標題統一設為：【111學年度新僑生生活學習扶助金】申請號-中文姓名-學號。      

（四）居留證及郵局存摺影本如無法於申請期間上傳，可後補，請EMAIL至ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw（僑陸組公務信箱），其餘文件均須於截止日前繳交。

五、扶助金額與核發方式：
若通過審核將EMAIL通知申請人，同學須於111年10月至11月間完成學習單位規定之學習時數（每月至多20小時，並於20日前繳交學習紀錄表），每月給予扶助金新臺幣6,000元，合計12,000元（補助名額共50名，按應備文件繳交時序、文件是否齊全及清寒狀況決定扶助對象）。若該生學習狀況不佳，將於次月評估是否給予補助；若中途休學、退學離校等，即於次月起停止發給。

To apply for the 111th academic year of the new overseas Chinese students living and learning support grant are as follows.

A. Eligibility: National Taiwan University’s first-year undergraduate students, with the proof of low-to-middle income status and cooperate with the school's epidemic prevention, and the Department of Immigration of overseas Chinese students（including Hong Kong and Macao students）

B. Application Date: From September 12 to September 22, 2022 until 5:00 p.m.（online application will not be accepted after the deadline）

C. Required Documents（please arrange them in the following order） :
（1）List of documents to be submitted (go to the Student Financial Support Services System to download) （2）111th academic year application form of Living and Learning Support for New Overseas Chinese Students（as shown in Annex I）
（3）Proof of low-to-middle income status （must be the current year proof, competent authority as shown in Annex II）
（4）1 copy of the distribution notice from the University Entrance Committee For Overseas Chinese Students or 1 copy of National Taiwan University’s individual enrolment acceptance letter
（5）Proof of permission to enter the country for overseas students

D. Application Process:
（1）Please fill out the application form in Annex I and have it certified by the study unit's contractor and supervisor.

（2）Online Application （https://my.ntu.edu.tw/fao/login.aspx）: myNTU→click on the left column of the student section→Student Financial Aid Information→Student Financial Support Service→Keyword Search→Fill out the information and send the application→Download the list of documents to be submitted (this form is the application cover sheet, please make sure to combine this page and upload to Overseas Students Advising Division Google form)

（3） Fill out the Overseas Students Advising Division Google form （https://reurl.cc/7pDM79）：Combine the documents into one PDF file and and upload it with the title： [111 Academic Year New Overseas Chinese Student Living and Learning Grant] - Application No. - Chinese Name - Student Number.

（4）If you are unable to upload a copy of the Alien Resident Certificate and post office passbook during the application period, please submit them to ntugocfs@ntu.edu.tw（Overseas Students Advising Division official mailbox）. All other documents must be submitted by the deadline.

E. Amount of support and payment method: If the application is approved, the applicant will be notified by email, and the student must complete the study hours required by the study unit between October and November 2022 （at most 20 hours per month, and submit the study record form by the 20th）, and will be given a monthly grant of NT$6,000, totalling NT$12,000 （the total number of grants is 50, determined by the order of submission of required documents, the completeness of documents, and the proof of low-middle class status）. If the student's academic condition is not good, the grant will be evaluated the following month; if the student leaves school halfway, the grant will be stopped the following month.
