Overseas Chinese Students
The school assists Overseas Chinese Students to having medical insurance and National Health Insurance (NHI). According to National Health Insurance Law, those who have reside in Taiwan for over 6 consecutive months or exit Taiwan once for fewer than 30 days with the actual period of stay amounting to 6 months after the number of days of being away from Taiwan is deducted, required to be a beneficiary of NHI. Attaching document of poor family, NHI premium will be cut by half. Before having NHI, Overseas Chinese Student must to have medical insurance for 6 months, and the premium will be subsidized by half by Overseas Community Affairs Council.
